Each canvas is made and stretched to order.
For orders in the USA and Canada, your artwork is produced at our facility in Southern California. Production normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by approximately 2–4 business days in transit.
If you're closer to Southern California, delivery is usually toward the faster end. Orders traveling across the country may take a little longer.
For European orders, we produce and ship from our facility in Riga, Latvia, so your canvas doesn't need to travel from the United States.
As soon as your canvas is finished and handed to the carrier, we'll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Is the artwork printed or hand-painted?
Every piece in our collection starts as an original work by one of our partnered artists. What you receive is a professional high-resolution print that faithfully captures the detail, color, and emotion of that original. It's how we make art you've fallen in love with on social media actually accessible — same piece, same impact, at a fraction of the gallery price.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
Very closely, yes. We use Greenguard Gold certified inks specifically because they produce true-to-life color. Screen calibrations vary slightly by device, but the overwhelming majority of customers say the piece looks better in person than it did online.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Hardware is pre-installed. You won't need tools, extra trips to the hardware store, or a second set of hands. Take it out of the box and put it on the wall.
How long until it's at my door?
Each canvas is made to order. Production takes 3-4 business days, then shipping takes 2–4 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number the moment it ships. Sometimes during busy periods there can be delays and you can always email us through our contact form to ask about the status of your order!
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and we'll replace it. That's the whole policy. No return shipping, no lengthy back-and-forth, no forms to fill out.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get an email with a live tracking link as soon as it ships so you'll know exactly where it is from our studio to your front door.
