Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering artwork from Jesus Creations. If your piece is not right for your home, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without additional damage, alteration, or signs of use. Whenever reasonably possible, it should also be returned in its original protective packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at help@jesuscreations.com and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • The artwork you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Jesus Creations cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your artwork and its packaging when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can review the issue and make it right.

Please email help@jesuscreations.com with your order number and clear photographs showing:

  • The outside of the shipping box
  • Any visible damage to the packaging
  • The damage to the canvas, frame, or artwork
  • The complete item received

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution. Please do not return a damaged or incorrect item unless we instruct you to do so.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Artwork that has been personalized or produced according to customer-specific instructions may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether a particular item is considered personalized or custom-made.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different artwork or size is to request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new piece. Your new order may be placed without waiting for the original return to be completed.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable, customers receiving merchandise within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Because Jesus Creations provides a 30-day return period, eligible customers may request a return under our policy for up to 30 days after delivery. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European Union or national law.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the merchandise.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to artwork made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Refunds

We will notify you after your returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Once the return has been approved, the applicable refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Jesus Creations reserves the right to reduce or decline a refund if an item is returned with damage, alteration, or deterioration that was not present when it was delivered.
