Shipping Policy

Order Production

All Jesus Creations canvases are individually produced after an order is placed.

Production normally takes approximately 4–5 business days. Production times are estimates and may be slightly longer during periods of high demand, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has completed production and has been handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, standard transit within the United States normally takes approximately 2–4 business days.

The total estimated timeframe for most United States orders is therefore approximately:

  • Production: 4–5 business days
  • Shipping transit: 2–4 business days

Delivery dates shown on our website, at checkout, in order confirmations, or in customer-service communications are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Promotional offers may occasionally include free shipping or reduced shipping charges. Any eligibility requirements or exclusions will be shown as part of the relevant promotion.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because each canvas is individually produced, customers should request any cancellation, address correction, size change, frame change, or artwork change within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please contact us at help@jesuscreations.com as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received within the 24-hour period, but a change or cancellation is not confirmed until we approve it in writing.

After 24 hours, production may already have begun. Changes or cancellations requested after that point cannot be guaranteed because our production partner may already have committed materials, labour, and production costs to the order.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your:

  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City, state, and postal code
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

Contact us immediately at help@jesuscreations.com if you notice an address error.

We will try to update the address before fulfilment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Jesus Creations is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional shipping costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking system to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Carrier tracking may occasionally show limited or delayed movement while a package is travelling between facilities. This does not necessarily mean the package is lost.

Delivery Delays

Unexpected delays may occur because of:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • High seasonal shipping volume
  • Customs processing
  • Governmental restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If we become aware that an order cannot ship within the timeframe communicated to you, we may contact you with an updated estimate or another appropriate resolution.

Under US rules, an online seller must have a reasonable basis for its advertised shipping timeframe and must address delays when it cannot ship within the promised period.

International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges

Jesus Creations primarily serves customers in the United States, but we may also ship to selected international destinations, including parts of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Value-added tax
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local handling charges

Unless these charges are expressly included and collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any charges assessed by the destination country.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Jesus Creations does not control customs inspections or the time required for a shipment to clear customs.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country. EU consumer rules generally require delivery within the agreed timeframe, or within 30 days when no different timeframe has been agreed.

Damaged Packages or Products

Please inspect your package and artwork promptly after delivery.

If your canvas or frame arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at help@jesuscreations.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or video of the outside of the shipping box
  • Photographs showing any damage to the packaging
  • A full photograph of the artwork
  • Close-up photographs or video of the damage to the canvas, frame, corners, or hardware
  • A photograph of the shipping label where reasonably available

Please retain the damaged item and its original packaging until we confirm whether they are needed for inspection, carrier review, return, or replacement.

Do not return a damaged product unless we provide instructions to do so.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the delivery area and surrounding property.
  2. Ask household members or neighbours.
  3. Check with reception staff, building management, or a mailroom.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier.
  5. Contact us at help@jesuscreations.com if the package remains missing.

We will assist where reasonably possible, including reviewing the available tracking information and helping initiate a carrier inquiry where appropriate.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to us because the customer:

  • Provided an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused delivery without prior authorization
  • Failed to collect the package
  • Did not respond to carrier delivery attempts
  • Did not pay applicable customs or import charges

we may deduct any return-shipping, reshipping, customs, handling, or carrier charges from an available refund where permitted by law.

Any reshipment may require payment of additional shipping costs.
