Shipping & Delivery
Every Jesus Creations canvas is made to order, rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.
For customers in the United States and Canada, our canvases are produced and stretched at our facility in Southern California. It normally takes around 1–3 business days to print, stretch, inspect, and prepare your artwork for shipping.
Once it leaves our facility, delivery typically takes another 2–4 business days.
Delivery time will naturally depend on where you live. If you're close to Southern California, your order will generally arrive faster. If it's traveling across the United States or further north into Canada, allow a little more time.
For customers in Europe, orders are produced and shipped from our facility in Riga, Latvia, which allows us to fulfill European orders locally rather than shipping them across the Atlantic.
Once your artwork has been produced and handed over to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. From there, you'll be able to follow your canvas until it reaches your door.
How long should I expect the whole process to take?
For most orders, allow approximately:
1–3 business days for production
plus
2–4 business days for delivery
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, but most orders fall within this range.
Returns & Exchanges
Buying artwork online can be difficult because you don't really know how a piece will feel in the room until you see it there.
That's why we give you 30 days after delivery to make sure you've made the right choice.
If something isn't right, email us and tell us what happened. We would much rather help you find the right artwork or size than leave you with something that doesn't work for your home.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
It happens surprisingly often.
Sometimes a canvas looks larger or smaller on a screen than it does once it's actually hanging on the wall.
Send us a message and let us know which size you ordered and which size you'd prefer instead. We'll walk you through the available exchange options.
Can I upgrade to a larger size?
Yes.
If you receive your canvas and realize the wall needs something larger, we can help you exchange it for a bigger size. You'll simply need to cover the difference in price between the two sizes, along with any applicable exchange costs.
We'll explain everything before making any changes.
Can I change to a smaller size?
Yes.
If the artwork feels too large for the room, we can help you switch to a smaller size as well.
Contact us with your order number and the size you'd like instead, and we'll work out the difference with you before arranging the replacement.
What if I like the artwork, but it just doesn't work in my space?
That's completely fine.
Sometimes the painting is beautiful but the scale, colors, or composition simply don't work where you imagined putting it.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you decide whether an exchange, different size, or return makes the most sense.
What do you normally recommend?
If you still love the artwork, our first suggestion is usually to see whether another size would work better.
Going one size larger or smaller can completely change how a painting feels in a room.
If the artwork itself simply isn't right for your home, we can instead help you exchange it for another piece or arrange a return.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email help@jesuscreations.com or to even better go to our "Contact Us" page to make sure your email doesn't end up in our spam with:
- your order number
- the artwork you purchased
- what you'd like to change
- and, if it's a sizing issue, the size you'd prefer
You don't need to figure everything out beforehand. Tell us what's wrong and we'll help you work through the options.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include a few photos showing the canvas, packaging, and damaged area.
We'll review it with our production partner and, where the damage occurred during production or shipping, arrange a replacement for you.
