Is the artwork printed or hand-painted?
It's a professional high-resolution canvas print not hand-painted, but that's actually a feature, not a limitation. The printing process captures a level of detail and color depth that's hard to achieve by hand, and it means every piece is consistent and crafted to last. Will the colors match what I see on screen?
Very closely, yes. We use Greenguard Gold certified inks specifically because they produce true-to-life color. Screen calibrations vary slightly by device, but the overwhelming majority of customers say the piece looks better in person than it did online.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Hardware is pre-installed. You won't need tools, extra trips to the hardware store, or a second set of hands. Take it out of the box and put it on the wall.
How long until it's at my door?
Each canvas is made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days, then shipping takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number the moment it ships.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and we'll replace it. That's the whole policy. No return shipping, no lengthy back-and-forth, no forms to fill out.
